The Most Comfortable Underwear For Women
Don't underestimate the power of the right underwear. Maximum comfort is often as important as essentials like bathrobes and slippers. Not only should the material be gentle on sensitive skin, but the best women's underwear should also fit well and stay in place, and it's good that there is no visible panty line under your clothing. After all, the benefit of a great pair of boxers is that they wash well without causing unwanted damage, so you don't need to constantly replace them.
A wise choice of comfortable underwear for women's daily ways of life and affects their self-esteem as well. The degree of fitness and material type can totally change your health. Choose underwear made of breathable, soft materials that supply the required support to your body.
Although there are many fabric options and styles, some of the which ones depend on personal preference: Good materials and fit can make a big difference between whether you want to live in underwear or can't wait to take them off because they sag, move or are uncomfortable. That's why we tested 54 pairs of women's underwear made of cotton, microfiber and blended fabrics in styles like bikinis, thongs and low-rise bottoms.
After several months of testing, the best brand of women's underwear in general, it's definitely Aerie (available at Aerie), but if you're looking for specific styles or fabrics, we have many other options for you.
Aerie
Aerie makes several pairs of comfortable underwear for women that worked very well in our testing. We tried three options from the Seamless, Cotton, and Real Me. Even though they were all different, we were equally impressed with each because they offered soft, well-fitting fabrics, and the best part was that each pair looked like new after our 10 washes. The waistbands are elastic and move with the body, so unlike other brands we've tested, no rubber digs into the sides of the body. Aerie's underwear line for women also includes sexy underwear for women that creates a perfect balance between comfort and temptation.
Although we have not been able to test every pair of Aerie underwear clothes We are confident in recommending Aerie as the best brand because the different models we tested worked well. Aerie also offers a wider selection of materials and styles than most other brands we've tested, so you're sure to find something that fits your personal preferences. And unlike some brands that only offer small, medium and large sizes, Aerie offers women's sizes ranging from XXS to XXL.
One of my favorite pairs was the boy panties . Its size is halfway between a bikini and a high-waisted model that completely covers the back. The blend of modal, nylon, and spandex is buttery soft against your skin, but if you're worried about breathability or moisture wicking, you can skip it and opt for a cotton pair. This set positively embodies the criteria for the list of Best Womens Underwear 2024.
The good news? If you're looking for cotton, Aerie has a great option, too: Its cotton shorts earned us first place for best cotton underwear. The fabric is super soft, doesn't scratch or streak like other cotton fabrics we've tried, and the pattern is larger in size than most, so it stays in place without wrinkling or slipping. If men's briefs aren't your style, we think you'll be happy with Aerie's other cotton pairs, including thongs, bikinis, and cotton underwear with lace details.

On the web Gossamer
If you prefer to feel almost underwear-free, you'll love this breezy option from En Gossamer. It's made from a very lightweight sheer mesh fabric with a finish that hugs the edges smoothly and doesn't pinch, making it comfortable to wear all day.
When I used it for When I l 'I used it because the first time I took them out of the box I was afraid that they would break or get stuck because the transparent mesh was very delicate, but in reality this is not the case. They proved to be durable and I didn't need to handle them very carefully to avoid damaging the fabric. If the care instructions were followed, they also held up well to washing.
Like most bikini-style underwear, it is less visible under clothing, but has a slight panty line. if the edges are not completely flat. The fabric is very elastic to adapt to different body shapes. However, it is important to note that it is only available in three sizes: small, medium and large. Those that are after a more breathable style can go with 100% cotton underwear for women since it will be a better choice.
Natori Bliss Perfection
These underwear from Natori took the top spot among flip flops, beating out other competitors (yes, even cult favorite Hanky Panky). Comfortable and high quality materials. The nylon and elastane fabric, lace details and elastic seams are silky, flexible and very stretchy, making a big difference in comfort. This gorgeous thong has a luxurious feel and appears almost non-existent, unlike other lace styles made from rougher materials.
The fabric on the back is wider than most other flip-flops, and that's what thinking that being more visible and more visible could therefore be unpleasant, but it had the opposite effect. The wider part ensures that the floss stays in place so it doesn't look like dental floss. This does create a small problem, which is that the hem of the panties is more visible through tighter clothing, but for me this is not a problem. If you prefer the other options, mesh underwear for women might be a better choice for a different aesthetic and comfort level. It is recommended to wash by hand and air dry. However, we put it in the washing machine on the gentle cycle and air dried it. After 10 washes, they were slightly wrinkled, but otherwise held up relatively well.
Please note that the Natori Bliss Perfection Thong is only available in one size. I wear size S or M and I think they fit me well, they have a lot of stretch, and I think they would look good on someone taller than me. However, these Natoris may not be suitable for buyers who do not wear medium-sized clothing. If you're unsure about size, try the Aerie Real Me Thong. The nylon and spandex blend is soft against the skin and the thong itself feels comfortable and barely there. Like all Aerie offerings, it is available in sizes XXS to XXL.
Chantelle Softstretch
Chantelle You Can't known as other brands, but the Softstretch line impressed our tests with its exceptional comfort. The nylon and spandex fabric is soft on the skin: it is extremely stretchy, lightweight and fits your body like a second skin. It also performed very well in our wash tests, not fading or shrinking after 10 washes.
One thing that sets it apart from the rest is the finish (stitched rather than sewn), creating a flat edge that is virtually non-existent under clothing. This fashionable underwear offers better back coverage and stays in place. The downside is that they only come in one size, and while they fit me (small/medium) and are very stretchy, they may not fit someone who isn't in the small or large size range.
If you're looking for highly breathable underwear that fits like a hipster and has a more specific size, choose Boyshort On Gossamer Mesh. In our tests, This mesh underwear for women worked almost as well as the Chantelle Softstretch, and thanks to its clear nylon construction, it feels like you're wearing nothing. It is available in small, medium and large sizes. So when you wear one, you get a more customized fit than Chantelles. They lost a few points in testing because they shrunk a little more in the wash than Chantelle's hipsters, although we found this didn't affect the fit. All in all, it can be stated that this item is the most appropriate choice for best underwear for women of 2024.

Commando Butter
Butter Hipster is one of Commando's best hipster styles and its modal and spandex fabric feels like soft brushed cotton. The edges around the waist and the leg holes are not finished, i.e. there are practically no seams (stitched or glued). This means that the hipster is practically invisible under clothes. Plus, I've found that they stay in place better than others, as the material isn't as slippery as others. They do move around a bit though, so I wouldn't recommend them for very active days. Surprisingly, the raw edges do not fray in the wash, although they do curl slightly. They're also available in sizes from Extra Small to 3X, a wider range than most underwear we've tested.
For a perfect option that fits you give you more control, we recommend Spanx Undie - detectable panties. The style offers a little more "support" without feeling like shapewear, available in women's sizes XS to XL.
For an economical option: Auden Seal laser trapeze cut from Target, worth the detour. As the name suggests, it is laser cut; Like the raw seams on the Commando pair, this underwear has no seams on the legs or waist, meaning the cleavage of the underwear is almost non-existent. The nylon and spandex material is soft and slippery like silk. However, because of this, I found that all the underwear I tried on moved around and needed some alterations to accommodate creases. Furthermore, the fabric tended to stretch during the day, making it even more slippery. But if you can handle these less-than-desirable features, Audens are a cheaper and more attractive option for seamless panties.
